Hello friends! Who is ready to sink their teeth into some low-cal chocolate chip peanut butter brownies? I had a couple people reach out to me and request that for my next recipe I make a low-cal healthy yet tasty alternative for a brownie! I have tried quite a few recipes and sometimes not using butter, flour, and sugar will make your tasty treats taste kind of blah. So far this recipe below is my favorite. Now let me warn you, these are not going to be as sweet and chocolaty as a regular brownies, but remember that they are 1/4 of the calories and still hit the spot!
In this recipe I added crunchy peanut butter and chocolate chips because I love both of those components in my brownie! If you decide to take these ingredients out, your brownies will be a lot lower in calories and fat per serving. Also if you want to make your brownies have a higher protein percentage, I recommend using a scoop of chocolate protein powder to the mix!
