Anyone else ever wonder what ingredients might be inside that cole slaw your eating? Sometimes its creamy, sometimes its sweet, but most of the time it is full of random crap! My whole life I have never been a huge fan of cole slaw but I decided that maybe using my own recipe with healthy ingredients might change my option of this creamy, mystery mix. After playing around with different ingredients I decided that I finally found a sweet and savory version of slaw that I loved!
This slaw mix is packed full of protein and super low-fat! Recently I have been preparing it by throwing in 4 ounces of pulled chicken from the crock pot and topping with BBQ sauce for a fully balanced meal!
