Below is a challenging, yet quick total body workout that you can do at home or at the gym and requires no equipment. All you need is a mat, water, a stopwatch, and a good attitude. This can truly be done anywhere so get up off your feet and lets make some gains! For a workout to be considered HITT one must use full effort during the workout sets and keep rest periods short which in return keeps your heart rate high. These type of workouts will burn the most calories so keep up the hard work!
Workout: Repeat 3x through. 45 sec on || 15 sec off
- Reverse Lung to Knee Drive Up (20 sec R | 20 sec L)
- Side Plank w/ Adductor Raises (20 sec R | 2o sec L)
- Quick High Knees
- Squat w/ Alt. Leg Raise
Take a 2 minute Break
- Modified Knee Push Ups
- Plank Jack to Knee Tuck
- Jumping Jacks
- Inchworms
7 minute Ab Series- Repeat only 1x || 45 sec on/ 15 sec off
- Crunches
- Bicycle Crunches
- Side V- ups (switch halfway)
- Alternating Knee Touches
- Toe touches
- Leg Lifts
- Windshield Wipers
Once you are finished be sure to stretch and cool down. This workout should only last around 30 minutes so make sure you are going at a challenging pace and keeping up your heart rate the whole time! I always do my workouts before posting them so I know that you can do this! Good luck!
