October 27, 2016Allison VaethLifting, Workouts

Hey guys! So today I want to share with you a quick and effective Bosu Ball workout that will leave you breathless and sweaty fat-burning machine! The way that this workout is structured ensures that you will burn the most calories possible in only 25 minutes. You will also feel the burn throughout your whole body, gaining strength by the minute! If you are short on time and only have 3o minutes, then try THIS workout. Stop wasting time running on the treadmill and switch up your cardio routine with a workout that will make a difference.  I can promise that you will feel it for a couple days so make sure you drink plenty of water, eat your protein, and get some rest! Lets push ourselves to new levels!

Warm- up: 5 minutes on a cardio machine to get the blood circulating and then stretch

Workout: Get your phone out friends and set your timer to 00:00. The way that this workout is structured creates the maximum fat burning experience. Remember to keep moving no matter what. At the end of the high intensity minute you should be left breathless. After the first minute you will go into a 30 second active rest. Here you will keep moving but at a very low-volume and intensity. One minute high-intensity/ 30 seconds active rest. After the first set you will move onto the second exercise and keep moving until all exercises are complete.
