If you need a fun, new, high intensity leg workout, try this!
This workout is designed for someone who wants to sculpt their whole lower body which includes the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. Strength is not the main goal in this workout but I am a firm believer that getting in some sort of strength training in each workout is necessary. That being said you will start with a few squat sets and then move on to weighted walking lunges.
After that, take a few minutes to get your supplies together, drink water, and rest. In the second part of this workout you will complete 2 circuits of 4 exercises in each. You will go through each round once, rest one minute and then repeat 3 more times. After you finish the first circuit take a minute to rest and then move on to the second circuit. I love trying new and different workouts so if there is something you do not like to do or if this workout is too difficult, just modify it to meet your needs. For beginners, I would recommend capping at sets of 2-3 for everything.
